1. Description du poste :
Etant placé au cœur du processus de gestion des OPCI, le middle office (MO) assure les liaisons opérationnelles en interne (FM, AM, BO, CI) et en externe (Clients/Contreparties), Il est l'interlocuteur des clients pour passer leurs ordres de Souscription/Rachat, et l'accompagnant du FM et AM dans la phase de placement et de gestion, en assurant un filtre de contrôle (Conformité réglementaire et financière des opérations).
2. Activités principales :
§ Contrôler les ordres de Souscription/Rachat : Provision bancaire pour les souscriptions ; Portefeuille du client pour les rachats ; Signatures conformes aux habilitations.
§ Validation des ordres de souscriptions et rachats sur le système d'information.
§ Transmettre le carnet des ordres de Souscriptions/Rachats au dépositaire.
§ Valider la disponibilité de la liquidité et des titres dans les OPCI avec le FM.
§ Simuler l'impact réglementaire, Contrôle de valorisation, Quantité de titres.
§ Transmettre les Avis d'Opérés aux clients (S/R), et aux contreparties (Opérations marché : Fermes/Temporaires).
§ Contrôler la conformité des opérations effectuées par le FO (FM/AM) pour le compte des OPCI.
§ Valoriser les portefeuilles.
§ Calculer les Valeurs liquidatives.
§ Contrôler et valider les valeurs liquidatives (Calcul extra Système d'information) :
Ø Contrôle de la valorisation des actifs (immobiliers/financiers) ;
Ø Respect des ratios prudentiels.
§ Editer et diffuser en interne un reporting mensuel de liquidité des OPCI reprenant les dépenses, recettes et OST prévisionnelles ;
§ Editer et diffuser en interne un reporting hebdomadaire pour suivre l'évolution de la liquidité des OPCI (réalisée VS prévisionnelle).
§ Initier les opérations sur titres (OST) sur le système d'information ;
§ Transmettre les Valeurs Liquidatives au DGD, clients, Fund Manager, dépositaire et au contrôleur interne pour validation ;
§ Produire les reportings de performance et les envoyer aux clients ;
§ Tenir à jour des canevas des contrôles Middle Office ;
§
Contrôler au quotidien le bon dénouement des opérations (Règlement/Livraison des titres).
