Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales and Customer Assistance Department. As a Sales and Customer Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services. Your primary goal will be to create positive customer experiences while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
  • Identify and qualify leads, capturing important customer information.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and details to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to better serve customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Previous experience at least 1-year in sales or customer service in a Travel Tour operating is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
