Rejoignez notre département DMC / Tour Operating et contribuez à la réussite de programmes de voyages internationaux en collaboration avec nos partenaires TO.

Vos principales missions

En tant que Travel Designer, vous êtes responsable de la conception et du suivi opérationnel des programmes TO :

Conception & coordination

  • Élaborer des propositions de programmes en accord avec les attentes des tour-opérateurs.
  • Construire des itinéraires attractifs, pertinents et faisables opérationnellement.
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires à la tarification et aux devis.

Relations partenaires & prestataires

  • Identifier, sélectionner et négocier avec les prestataires (hôtels, restaurants, transport, activités).
  • Garantir la qualité des prestations proposées et la cohérence globale des programmes.

Suivi opérationnel

  • Assurer la coordination avec le Back Office pour la préparation des dossiers voyages.
  • Suivre les confirmations, ajustements et éventuels imprévus.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des partenaires TO et à la bonne exécution des programmes.

Qualité & amélioration continue

  • Veiller à la conformité des programmes et au respect des standards TO.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des procédures internes et à la mise à jour des bases de données prestataires.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+4 ou plus en tourisme, hôtellerie ou équivalent.
  • Expérience minimum de 3 à 5 ans dans un DMC, une agence de voyages / dans le Tour Operating.
  • Organisation, rigueur, sens du détail.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et sens du service.
  • Maitrise du français ; anglais apprécié.
  • Aisance avec les outils de coordination et les plateformes du secteur.
