Nous recrutons pour notre client, un acteur reconnu dans le secteur du tourisme et du voyage, un(e) Travel Designer basé(e) à Agadir, afin de concevoir des expériences sur mesure et accompagner les clients dans la préparation de leurs projets de voyage.
Présentation du poste :
En tant que Travel Designer, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la commercialisation des offres de voyage, l'accompagnement personnalisé des clients et la création de séjours sur mesure. Vous serez à l'écoute des attentes des voyageurs et proposerez des solutions adaptées, tout en contribuant aux objectifs commerciaux de l'agence.
Missions et responsabilités :
Commercialiser les offres régulières Outgoing et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
Appliquer et faire respecter la politique commerciale sur le point de vente.
Conseiller et accompagner les clients en leur fournissant toutes les informations utiles sur les destinations et les offres.
Créer, suivre et archiver les dossiers clients selon les procédures internes.
Élaborer des devis personnalisés selon les besoins et les attentes des clients.
Fournir des informations détaillées sur les destinations, les cultures locales et les conditions de voyage.
Collaborer avec des prestataires touristiques locaux et internationaux.
Participer à la conception, la cotation et la commercialisation d'offres de voyage sur mesure.
Profil recherché :
Formation :
Bac+3 à Master en tourisme, commerce ou gestion.
Expérience :
Une première expérience dans la vente de voyages ou le conseil client est un atout.
Compétences techniques et relationnelles :
Aisance relationnelle et sens du contact.
Forte orientation client et goût du service.
Maîtrise des techniques de vente.
Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs demandes en parallèle.
Connaissance du secteur du tourisme et des produits de voyage.
