Publicis Global Delivery Morocco
is looking for a seasoned
Search & Programmatic Advertising Expert
to join our growing media team. If you're passionate about innovation, data-driven strategies, and leading high-impact campaigns for global brands, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    strategy, execution, and optimization
    of large-scale
    Search & Programmatic campaigns
    across platforms (Google Ads, SA360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.).
  • Define
    advanced audience strategies, bidding methodologies, and attribution frameworks
    to maximize performance.
  • Act as a
    strategic consultant
    to clients, advising on best practices and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide a team of specialists, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous upskilling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, creative, SEO, social) to deliver full-funnel, integrated media solutions.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and trends to
    keep Publicis at the forefront of performance marketing
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of
    proven expertise
    in Search & Programmatic Advertising.
  • Strong track record of managing
    large budgets
    and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Advanced knowledge of
    Google Ads, SA360, DV360, and major DSPs (TTD, Xandr, Amazon DSP)
    .
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in
    Excel, Data Studio, GA4, or equivalent tools
    .
  • Leadership ability: skilled at
    mentoring, team management, and client communication
    .
  • A proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced global environment.
