Nous recrutons un(e) Cluster Training Manager – Hôtellerie de Luxe
Artus Maroc recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un groupe hôtelier haut de gamme, un(e) professionnel(le) confirmé(e) de la formation dans la région du Moyen Atlas capable de structurer et piloter les programmes de développement pour deux établissements premium.
Principales responsabilités :
Identifier les besoins en formation et établir les plans trimestriels,
- Structurer l'organisation de la formation dans chaque département,
- Déployer les standards de service et former les formateurs internes,
- Concevoir des supports pédagogiques (présentiel & digital),
- Suivre l'efficacité des formations et produire un reporting régulier,
- Préparer les dossiers OFPPT,
Assurer une veille continue sur les tendances Learning & Development.
Profil recherché :
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en formation (idéalement hôtellerie de luxe),
- Excellentes compétences pédagogiques, communicationnelles et d'animation,
- Maîtrise du français et très bon niveau en anglais (espagnol apprécié),
- Mobilité, autonomie, intelligence émotionnelle et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets
