Mission Globale :
Principales responsabilités :
· Recherche et Veille Stratégique :
o Identifier et monitorer les sources d'information pertinentes sur les services publics digitaux
o Effectuer une veille active sur l'évolution de l'offre de service public numérique
o Analyser la qualité et la pertinence des sources identifiées
· Recensement et Collecte :
o Recenser systématiquement les services digitaux publics existants
o Collecter les données descriptives, techniques et fonctionnelles
o Documenter les modalités d'accès et les conditions d'utilisation
· Structuration et Organisation :
o Normaliser les contenus collectés selon le référentiel établi
o Catégoriser les services selon une taxonomie prédéfinie
o Assurer la cohérence et la qualité des métadonnées
o Préparer les données pour l'intégration dans le SI
· Gestion de la Qualité :
o Vérifier l'exactitude et l'actualité des informations
o Maintenir à jour le référentiel de contenu
o Contrôler la conformité des données avec les standards établis

Profil
Formation et expérience :
· Bac 3 à Bac 5 en sciences de l'information, en informatique, ou équivalent
· Formation en gestion de l'information documentaire appréciée
Compétences techniques :
· Maîtrise des techniques de recherche avancée sur le web
· Pratique des outils de collecte et de scraping (Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, etc.)
· Connaissance des formats de structuration (XML, JSON, CSV)
Qualités personnelles :
· Rigueur méthodologique et sens de l'organisation
· Excellente capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
· Autonomie et capacité à gérer des projets
