You will
qualify and nurture leads
, manage our
service portfolio
(property management & brokerage), keep the
CRM pipeline
moving, create
offers
and drive
written follow-ups

field sales
team. In
Morocco
, you
qualify and independently close
within a defined framework. You'll run
paper-based campaigns
(letters/flyers/mailshots) and
online lead gen
(scraping + Google Ads)
Lead research & sourcing (web/portals/scraping); clean CRM entry (
HubSpot/Propstack
).Pipeline management: stages, tasks, notes; prep & handover for field appointments.
Offer creation, sending, and structured
follow-ups
(email/letter/WhatsApp) with SLAs.Offline campaigns: plan letters/flyers/postal distribution; coordinate print/lettershop; track
response & CPL
.Online campaigns: set up & monitor
Google Ads
(search/remarketing), simple forms, A/B tests,
UTM
; weekly reports.
