Hours: Full-time, aligned with CET (German business hours)
Reports to: Managing Director (Germany)
Compensation: Base + fixed per-object commissions

You will qualify and nurture leads, manage our service portfolio (property management & brokerage), keep the CRM pipeline moving, create offers and drive written follow-ups.
For Germany, you support our field sales team. In Morocco, you qualify and independently close within a defined framework. You'll run paper-based campaigns (letters/flyers/mailshots) and online lead gen (scraping + Google Ads)
- Lead research & sourcing (web/portals/scraping); clean CRM entry (HubSpot/Propstack).
- Pipeline management: stages, tasks, notes; prep & handover for field appointments.
- Offer creation, sending, and structured follow-ups (email/letter/WhatsApp) with SLAs.
- Offline campaigns: plan letters/flyers/postal distribution; coordinate print/lettershop; track response & CPL.
- Online campaigns: set up & monitor Google Ads (search/remarketing), simple forms, A/B tests, UTM; weekly reports.
- Confident with CRM (HubSpot/Propstack) & MS 365.
- Google Ads hands-on (keywords, setup, basic conversion/UTM).
- Strong web research/scraping (no-code/low-code; Python/n8n/Zapier basics a plus).
- Structured, numbers-driven, high follow-through; crisp writing.
- Base + fixed per-object commissions
- Direct collaboration with the Managing Director; exposure to two markets
- Modern tool stack, clear playbooks, room to improve processes
