Job Summary
The FBO Manager - Morocco (Multi-Stations) is responsible for the overall operational performance, service quality, and customer experience across all PrivatPort FBO locations in Morocco. The role ensures harmonised procedures, consistent premium service delivery, and VVIP-level customer experience across all stations serving private aviation passengers and crews. The FBO Manager guarantees full compliance with international safety, security, quality, and IS-BAH standards, while driving a strong culture of service excellence, leadership, and standardisation across the country.

Your activities

  • Provide operational oversight of all Moroccan FBO stations (TNG, RBA, RAK, CMN), ensuring alignment, performance, and compliance with PrivatPort standards, IS-BAH, and local regulations.
  • Act as the national reference for FBO operations, maintaining regular presence across stations.
  • Standardise and continuously improve procedures for flight handling, passenger and crew services, and lounge operations, ensuring premium and consistent service delivery.
  • Own VVIP service quality, ensuring bespoke, discreet experiences and overseeing sensitive or high-profile movements when required.
  • Drive a strong service culture focused on anticipation of client needs and excellence.
  • Treat crew satisfaction as a key KPI, implementing initiatives to enhance crew experience and managing feedback.
  • Ensure full coordination of ground handling and FBO activities, including flight file validation (J-1) and passenger processes.
  • Enforce safety, security, and confidentiality standards, supporting SMS, Quality Management, and IS-BAH compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop FBO teams, ensuring consistent grooming, behaviour, and luxury service standards.
  • Manage supplier relationships, local negotiations, service quality, and cost control.
  • Support budgeting, monitor operational costs, validate invoices, and oversee billing accuracy.
  • Produce operational and performance reports (KPIs, service quality, incidents).
  • Act as functional administrator for FBO systems (e.g. FBO One), ensuring accurate data and reporting.

Your profile

  • Education: Minimum Bac +5 in Management, Aviation, Luxury Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Executive Aviation, FBO or private aviation handling, or in luxury hospitality, VIP brand services, or high-end tourism, with proven exposure to VVIP and high-profile clientele.
  • Languages: Fluent French and English (mandatory); Arabic mandatory; additional languages highly valued.
  • Leadership & Service: Strong leadership presence with an excellent luxury / VVIP service orientation.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to standardise, upscale, and maintain consistent service quality across multiple locations.
  • Professional Conduct: High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multicultural environments.
  • Decision-Making: Stress-resistant with sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities.
  • Presentation: Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.
  • Mobility: High level of mobility and flexibility.
