As part of the development of our operations, we are recruiting a Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines commercial, planning, and operational responsibilities, with a strong focus on designing tailor-made travel experiences and ensuring their seamless execution on the ground. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to create personalized itineraries, manage bookings and logistics, and oversee trip operations from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up, delivering a consistently high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and price travel itineraries and programs tailored to high-end clients
  • Strong ability to design personalized itineraries across Morocco
  • Create comprehensive day-by-day programs with schedules and activity details.
  • Manage, supervise, and confirm bookings for accommodations, transportation, guides, activities, and restaurants
  • Coordinate and monitor all on-the-ground operations and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of trips
  • Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers
  • Handle operational files, including cost tracking, supplier payments, invoicing, and basic financial management
  • Monitor trip execution in real time and provide support to guides, drivers, and partners
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve on-the-ground issues, changes, or emergencies promptly
  • Ability to quickly comprehend and navigate internal systems for managing documents and itineraries
  • Support post-trip follow-up, including client feedback collection and service evaluation
  • Communicate clearly with clients and partners.
  • Work efficiently on multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tourism operations, travel planning, or destination management
  • Strong knowledge of Morocco's geography, regions, routes, and tourism products
  • Proven experience in tailor-made and personalized itinerary design
  • Ability to handle operational finances, including costing and payment follow-up
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Very good spoken and written English (mandatory) and French, Spanish is a plus
