Our consultants in the Sophis/Fusion Invest practice are primarily based in Casablanca Morocco. The Casablanca Centre of Excellence, located in Casablanca Finance City (CFC), employs over 100 consultants focused on Sophis/Fusion Invest and quantitative services. Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a
Principal Front Office & Risk Manager
to lead our
Front Office and Risk functions
within the Sophis/Fusion Invest practice. Based in
Casablanca
, you will collaborate closely with our
Head of Practice for Sophis
and play a pivotal role in major initiatives with leading financial institutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead FO and Risk streams across Sophis/Fusion Invest projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Provide expertise in portfolio management systems (PMS), risk management, and financial analysis.
• Oversee testing, validation, and implementation of solutions.
• Support ongoing system optimisation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and market trends to provide strategic insight.

Key Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Front Office and Risk professional with:

• Strong background in
  financial analysis
  and
  front-to-back capital markets processes
  .
• Experience with
  Sophis or Fusion Invest (PMS platform)
  or any similar tool is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of
  risk management frameworks
  and
  business analysis
  methodologies.
• Familiarity with
  software development principles
  and financial technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Previous leadership experience in FO/Risk functions is a strong advantage.
