Description du poste

Nous offrons une opportunité passionnante pour un(e) Business operations officer qui sera mobile sur la région de l'Afrique subsaharienne, et qui aura pour mission :

  • Coordonner la mise en place des connexions techniques avec les opérateurs.
  • Benchmarker continuellement pour lancer de nouveaux marchés/ produits
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing et techniques pour garantir des lancements de produits /marchés dans les meilleurs délais.
  • la gestion opérationnelle d'un ou plusieurs pays (lancement de services, connexion et optimisations )
  • Collaborer intensivement avec les différentes filiales du groupe,
  • Etablir des reportings mensuels sur les différentes activités des pays qu'il devra gérer.
  • Suivre les KPIs quotidiennement et analyser ces derniers pour élaborer des projections de ventes pertinentes,
  • S'assurer du respect du budget prévisionnel.
  • Remonter d'éventuels bugs et incidents techniques à travers un suivi continu,

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes sorti d'école ou avez une première expérience avec une grande énergie et une grande volonté de bien faire
  • Vous avez une expérience de stage ou dans un premier emploi dans de la coordination de projets digitaux.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, doté d'un esprit entrepreneurial et d'un bon sens du relationnel,
  • Vous avez un gout prononcé pour les challenges, capable de mener de front plusieurs projets et d'atteindre ces objectifs en prenant en compte la contrainte temps,
  • Vous êtes organisé, attentif aux détails, doté d'un esprit analytique et d'une vision créative, capable de travailler en équipe et individuellement,
  • Vous êtes trilingue avec une très bonne communication écrite et orale en Français, Anglais et Arabe (la maitrise de l'anglais est obligatoire),
  • Vous avez un attrait particulier pour le monde de la téléphonie mobile et du digital
