At Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, we are committed to delivering legendary service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. To support our In-Villa Dining team, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented professional to join us as an In-Villa Dining Order Taker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all In-Villa Dining guest calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and preferences are noted and communicated to the team.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen colleagues to guarantee timely and flawless delivery.
• Ensure menus, knowledge of offerings, and promotions are always up to date.
• Maintain Mandarin Oriental's service standards, reflecting our values of excellence, empathy, and discretion.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B service or a call-taking role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, polished, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
