Senior Sales Manager – Beauté (Casablanca)
Beauty Station, leader de la K-Beauty au Maroc et en Afrique du Nord, poursuit sa croissance
Avec plus de 8 ans d'expertise et un réseau de plus de 200 points de vente partenaires, nous distribuons les marques coréennes les plus convoitées : Anua, COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Dr Althea, et bien d'autres.
Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recrutons un(e) Senior Sales Manager passionné(e) par l'univers de la beauté et motivé(e) par le développement commercial de marques premium.
Vos missions
- Développer et piloter la stratégie commerciale sur l'ensemble du réseau retail et wholesale
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de développement, négocier et sécuriser des partenariats à fort potentiel
- Contribuer aux lancements produits et aux campagnes clés en coordination avec les équipes marketing
- Assurer le suivi des performances : forecasting, reporting, analyse des ventes et recommandations
- Maintenir une relation de confiance durable avec nos partenaires locaux et internationaux
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et marché afin de proposer des plans d'action innovants
Profil recherché
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en management commercial, idéalement dans la cosmétique, la beauté ou le FMCG
- Excellente maîtrise du développement business, de la négociation et du pilotage de Chiffre d'affaire
- Sens aigu du retail, compréhension des rituels skincare et des tendances beauté
- Maîtrise du français et de l'arabe, anglais professionnel indispensable (coréen apprécié)
- Leadership, organisation, capacité d'analyse et sens relationnel exceptionnel
