Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The role involves handling employee lifecycle activities, maintaining accurate HR data, supporting payroll, coordinating learning & development and welfare initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare, issue, and manage employment-related documents.
Maintain and update HR databases accurately.
Support the full employee lifecycle.
Prepare and assist with monthly payroll data.
Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and maintain training records.
Handle HRDC refund and YEP applications.
Assist in preparation of HR reports and statistics.
Support employee welfare initiatives and other engagement activities.
Respond to employee queries and ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
Familiarity with YEP and HRDC refund processes will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Sicorax payroll software will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
