Transit and customs rep 1P international est responsable du bon déroulé des process d'importation pour le canal ecommerce et gère de ce fait la relation avec nos transitaires partenaires pour sécuriser le dédouanement rapide, règlementaire et conforme à nos objectifs budgétaires

P
rincipales activités:

  • Coordonner les aspects du processus d'expédition, y compris la réservation, la documentation et le dédouanement
  • Suivre et contrôler les expéditions pour garantir une livraison dans les délais et résoudre de manière proactive tout problème ou retard pouvant survenir.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations commerciales internationales et des exigences douanières.
  • Gérer la relation avec le transitaire : les documents d'expédition, documents de contrôle qualité, …
  • Assurer une veille sur des tendances du secteur, des réglementations et des meilleures pratiques afin d'améliorer en permanence le processus d'expédition de fret.

Profil requis

Formation :

  • Bac+3 école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université avec spécialisation achats, commerce ou supply chain.

Expérience :

  • 4 à 8 ans d'expérience en supply international

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Excel, logiciels ERP et outils de planification
  • Connaissance de la réglementation du commerce international et des exigences douanières
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (lu, parlé, écrit)

Savoir-être :

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
  • Souci du détail afin de garantir l'exactitude de la documentation et le respect des réglementations douanières.
  • Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes pour gérer les questions inattendues ou les retards dans le processus d'expédition
  • Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et à la collaboration.
  • Goût pour les environnements dynamiques et digitaux.
