Our client is looking for a
Customer Service Associate

Your responsibilities

The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in supporting the Sales team to enhance customer relationships through proactive management of the entire order process, starting with a clean order load.

He/she takes ownership of backlog management from order entry to invoicing and delivery of products to customers. He/she is also responsible for managing reserved inventory to achieve all related targets.

Main tasks:

  • Manage the complete
    Order to Invoice
    process.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers, and provide after-sales service for B2B clients (phone, email).
  • Order management and backlog updates.
  • Handle customer requests for backlog changes.
  • Work closely with
    Sales, Assets, and Logistics
    teams.
  • Drive delivery performance (On-Time-Delivery) in line with goals.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with
    Inside Sales
    and
    Product Management
    .
  • Manage reserved customer inventory.
  • Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Advanced level of
    Italian and English
    .
  • 1–2 years of experience in
    Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    MS Office (Excel required)
    .
  • High sense of accountability and organization.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and team player mindset.
