Our client is looking for a
Customer Service Associate

Your responsibilities
The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in supporting the Sales team to enhance customer relationships through proactive management of the entire order process, starting with a clean order load.
He/she takes ownership of backlog management from order entry to invoicing and delivery of products to customers. He/she is also responsible for managing reserved inventory to achieve all related targets.
Main tasks:
- Manage the complete
Order to Invoice
process. - Communicate with customers and suppliers, and provide after-sales service for B2B clients (phone, email).
- Order management and backlog updates.
- Handle customer requests for backlog changes.
- Work closely with
Sales, Assets, and Logistics
teams. - Drive delivery performance (On-Time-Delivery) in line with goals.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with
Inside Sales
and
Product Management
. - Manage reserved customer inventory.
- Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Advanced level of
Italian and English
. - 1–2 years of experience in
Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales
. - Strong knowledge of
MS Office (Excel required)
. - High sense of accountability and organization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and team player mindset.
