Based in Rabat, we partner with an international portfolio of clients—from fast-growing SaaS challengers to established brands across diverse sectors—turning strategy into execution and ideas into real business results.

Now, we're looking for a Content Writer (English) to join our in-house team and craft high-impact content that drives traffic, engages audiences, and converts readers into loyal customers.

What you'll be doing

As a Content Writer, you'll work hands-on with our Head of Marketing (Stefan) and a rotating portfolio of clients in industries such as tech, e-commerce, finance, and healthcare. You'll create educational, value-driven English content designed to rank in search engines and resonate with real people.

Expect to:

  • Research & plan content strategies:
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content direction.
  • Develop editorial outlines that match search intent and audience needs.
  • Write high-quality English content:
  • Deliver blog posts, landing pages, guides, and case studies with clarity and authority.
  • Balance SEO structure (keywords, linking) with storytelling and readability.
  • Adapt tone & style per client:
  • Write for SaaS, e-commerce, and professional services, tailoring the voice to fit.
  • Translate technical concepts into engaging, digestible articles.
  • Collaborate with design & SEO teams:
  • Suggest visuals, infographics, or supporting assets to boost engagement.
  • Work with SEO specialists to optimize internal linking, metadata, and overall structure.
  • Revise & improve content performance:
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, etc.) to measure results.
  • Refresh and update older content to improve rankings and conversions.
  • Deliver on deadlines:
  • Manage multiple client accounts and ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Within 3 months, you'll have:

  • Written 15+ long-form English articles (600–1,500 words) optimized for SEO.
  • Contributed to client content strategies, from ideation to publishing.
  • Improved organic traffic and engagement metrics through your articles.
  • Delivered content briefs and playbooks that guide future writers.
  • Shown measurable results: rankings, clicks, conversions, or leads.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of writing experience (agency or multi-client work preferred).
  • Proven SEO writing skills, with published samples in English.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content that balances SEO with storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Grammarly, or Hemingway.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to structure information for clarity.
  • Fluent in English (native-level writing required). French or Spanish are a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Rabat—this is an in-office, full-time role.
