Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated
Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist
to support our aerospace client with supplier performance in Casablanca, Morocco. This role involves working on-site with the client's supplier to ensure on-time part deliveries, track production progress, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in
supplier performance management, production tracking, and working with composite materials
. This is a critical role aimed at resolving delays, improving supplier accountability, and ensuring production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly on-site visits to monitor supplier performance and work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Identify and resolve part delivery delays to maintain production schedules.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve workflow efficiency and adherence to delivery commitments.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to supplier production and delivery.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to escalate and address critical supply chain issues.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in
    supplier performance management, logistics, or supply chain coordination
    within the
    aerospace
    or
    manufacturing
    industry.
  • Strong understanding of
    composite materials
    and their manufacturing processes (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site supplier relations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks in supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align supplier activities with project goals.
  • Proficiency in tracking WIP and analyzing supplier performance data.
