L'Atelier Digital recrute son/sa Head of Operations, véritable bras droit de la Direction, pour piloter l'excellence opérationnelle de l'agence et accompagner sa croissance.
Le rôle
• Structurer, piloter et optimiser les opérations de l'agence (process, delivery, qualité, rentabilité).
• Coordonner les équipes (Social Media, Studio, CM, Projets) et garantir des livrables irréprochables.
• Mettre en place des méthodes de travail agiles, orientées performance et satisfaction client.
• Être un relais stratégique entre la direction, les équipes et les clients clés.
Profil recherché
• 8 ans minimum d'expérience en agence (digital / communication / social media).
• Forte appétence digitale, excellente compréhension des écosystèmes social, content, influence et media.
• Profil structuré, exigeant, orienté résultats, avec un vrai leadership opérationnel.
• À l'aise dans des environnements à forte intensité et en transformation continue.
