We are recruiting on behalf of an international luxury marketing agency, renowned for supporting premium brands, luxury houses, and high-end hospitality players worldwide.

As part of its growth and structuring phase, the agency is seeking a Head of Digital & Social Media to lead and scale its digital and social media practice.

Experience & Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 
    8 years of total experience
     in 
    digital and social media
    .
  • Minimum 
    5 years of proven experience
     managing 
    Digital & Social Media teams
    .
  • Mandatory agency experience
     (structured, multi-client environment).
  • Strong background working on 
    luxury, premium, lifestyle, or hospitality accounts
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to 
    build, structure, and lead a digital department
     while managing complex, multi-brand projects.
  • Profiles limited to execution only or lacking significant management experience will not be considered.

Key Skills

Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Advanced expertise in 
    digital marketing, social media strategy, and content strategy
    .
  • In-depth mastery of platforms: 
    Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
    .
  • Excellent understanding of 
    algorithms, formats, and performance drivers
    .
  • Strong ability to design and manage 
    multi-channel strategies
     focused on both branding and measurable results.

Leadership & Management

  • Natural leadership with a 
    senior management posture
    .
  • Proven ability to structure, unite, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Comfortable operating in 
    fast-paced, demanding, and high-growth environments
    .

Communication & Client Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to 
    present, defend, and refine strategies
     with demanding, high-level clients.
  • Strong strategic partner mindset with the confidence to challenge and recommend.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital & Social Media Strategy

  2. Define and lead 
    global digital and social media strategies
     across all client accounts.

  3. Develop advanced strategic recommendations (positioning, platforms, formats, tone, frequency).
  4. Design and oversee 
    annual, quarterly, and monthly strategies
    .
  5. Ensure strong alignment between 
    business objectives, marketing goals, and brand image
    .
  6. Maintain continuous monitoring of 
    digital trends, platforms, and emerging behaviors
    .

  7. Account Leadership & Performance

  8. Oversee all digital and social media accounts.

  9. Define, track, and analyze 
    key performance indicators (KPIs)
    .
  10. Optimize performance across 
    reach, engagement, community growth, and conversions
    .
  11. Lead paid social campaigns in coordination with internal teams or external partners.
  12. Deliver 
    clear, insightful, and performance-driven reporting
     for clients and senior management.

  13. Team Management & Department Structuring

  14. Manage the 
    Digital & Social Media team
     (Social Media Managers, Content Managers, Community Managers).

  15. Structure the department: roles, responsibilities, processes, and methodologies.
  16. Organize and prioritize projects and production schedules.
  17. Assess individual and team performance.
  18. Actively support skills development through 
    mentoring, training, and continuous feedback
    .
  19. Work in close collaboration with 
    PR, Influencer Marketing, and Creative Studio teams
    .

  20. Content Creation & Creative Alignment

  21. Supervise the creation of digital content (photo, video, reels, stories, editorial formats).

  22. Ensure alignment between 
    digital strategy, creative direction, and brand storytelling
    .
  23. Validate editorial calendars, creative concepts, and narratives.
  24. Ensure strict adherence to 
    luxury, lifestyle, and high-end hospitality brand codes
    .
  25. Drive continuous innovation in digital formats and executions.
