This is a commission only role. Our Business Development role boasts among the most lucrative commission structure in the industry, ensuring unparalleled earning potential for driven professionals.
Experience:
- 5+ Years Marketing/BD Experience
- Accounting, Finance & Business Processes
- Cloud Computing, and Digitalisation
Experience you will gain in the role:
- Experience in building and managing a client portfolio (Start-ups, SMEs, Fortune/S&P 500, Bluechip, High-Value, Unicorns, Multinationals, Consumer Goods Giants)
- Top player with skills in business development, sales, and marketing
- Track record of Sales within cloud technologies, ERP softwares, and Software as a Service "Saas".
Role Overview:
As a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our pioneering venture. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships, fostering client relationships, and promoting our suite of cloud solutions, with a particular emphasis on NetSuite and ERPs. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team working towards creating a holistic cloud ecosystem that meets the diverse needs of businesses across various industries.
Responsibilities:
Client-Centric Partnership Cultivation:
- Devote special attention to understanding client needs and challenges deeply.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships centered around solving client problems and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Empathetic Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee the empathetic cultivation and maintenance of client relationships, ensuring a heightened level of client satisfaction.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, actively seeking opportunities to address their pain points and enhance their overall experience.
Innovative Problem-Solution Discovery:
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving sessions with clients, uncovering pain points and challenges.
- Propose innovative solutions from our comprehensive suite of cloud offerings, tailoring recommendations to address the unique needs of each client.
Client-Centric Revenue Generation:
- Develop revenue generation strategies rooted in a client-centric approach, emphasising solutions that directly address client challenges.
- Showcase how our cloud solutions, especially NetSuite, can be instrumental in not just meeting but exceeding client expectations.
Holistic Market Analysis with Client Focus:
- Conduct market analysis with a client-centric lens, identifying trends and opportunities that align with client needs.
- Utilise market insights to recommend solutions that not only meet market demands but specifically cater to client pain points.
Client-Driven Product Expertise and Support:
- Stay attuned to client feedback and incorporate it into product knowledge.
- Provide unwavering support to the sales team in understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions for maximum client benefit.
Collaborative Problem-Solving Culture:
- Foster a culture of collaborative problem-solving within the team, encouraging creative solutions to client challenges.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of client-centric strategies.

Qualifications:
