Position Overview

Hiperdist Alliances is seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Development Manager
to lead our
Hitachi Vantara
business development initiatives across
Morocco and the North Africa region
. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships for Hitachi Vantara's infrastructure and data solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve business objectives for Hitachi Vantara products and solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise customers while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Hitachi Vantara regional teams, distributors, and channel partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the IT infrastructure sector.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum
    3 years of proven experience in sales or business development
    within the
    IT infrastructure, data center, or enterprise technology
    domains.
  • Strong understanding of
    enterprise storage, data management, and hybrid cloud solutions
    .
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in
    English and French
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
