Missions

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur SysOps/DevOps/SRE pour assurer la disponibilité 24/7, la performance et la sécurité des infrastructures critiques du client.

Expert en automatisation, résolution des incidents et optimisation des environnements on-premise, avec une sensibilité aux applications PHP.

Missions Principales :

Gestion des Infrastructures On-Premise

  • Administration des serveurs Linux.
  • Mise en place de solutions de haute disponibilité (Load Balancing, Cluster, Failover).

Automatisation & DevOps

  • Gestion des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI).
  • Containerisation et orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).

Monitoring & Incident Management :

  • Supervision des plateformes (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Interventions urgentes sur site le soir ou week-end en cas d'incident critique (astreintes rotatives).

Sécurité & Optimisation :

  • Hardening des serveurs et gestion des vulnérabilités.
  • Collaboration avec les devs pour optimiser les apps PHP (debug, scaling).

Support aux Équipes :

  • Documentation technique et procédures de reprise.
  • Formation des utilisateurs sur les outils déployés.
Profil recherché

Formation :
Bac +5 en informatique, télécoms, ou expérience équivalente.o Certifications DevOps (CKA, Terraform) un atout majeur.

Expérience :

2+ ans en production critique 24/7 (idéalement dans un environnement client exigeant).
Expérience avec les stacks (PHP, MySQL, Nginx/Apache).
Connaissance des outils de logging/métriques (ELK, Prometheus).

Compétences Techniques :
Scripting : Bash,, PHP (pour analyse de logs et debugging).
Réseau : VPN, Firewalls, TCP/IP.
Sécurité : Bonnes pratiques CIS, gestion des clés IAM.

Soft Skills :
Résistance au stress et réactivité en cas d'urgence.
Capacité à travailler en mode client (relationnel pro, écoute).
