Notre agence de voyage basée à Marrakech, spécialisée dans le tourisme d'affaires (MICE) et luxe, recherche un(e) agent(e) de voyage expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) participera à l'organisation et à la gestion de voyages et d'événements d'entreprise, en veillant à offrir un service haut de gamme à une clientèle nationale et internationale.

Missions principales :

· Gérer les réservations de voyages, hébergements, transports et prestations touristiques.

· Assurer le suivi des dossiers clients et fournisseurs.

· Utiliser les outils informatiques et logiciels de gestion (Canva, Microsoft Office).

· Garantir un service professionnel et personnalisé à chaque client.

Profil recherché :

· Expérience confirmée dans le secteur du voyage

· Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) et du logiciel Canva.

· Résidence à Marrakech (poste non ouvert au télétravail).

· Disponibilité immédiate.

Type de contrat : CDI après période d'essai (3mois)

Pay: 5,000.00DH - 7,000.00DH per month
