Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant IT at BIM MAROC, located in Bouskoura - Oulad Saleh. The Assistant IT will support the IT department in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. Tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT resources. The assistant will also collaborate with the team to address internal user technical queries and assist in managing IT inventory and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware, and technical support
- Knowledge of network administration, system operations, and configuring software
- Awareness of IT security standards and data protection measures
- Ability to manage IT equipment inventory and document IT-related processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Experience with IT tools, systems, and related software
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
