QUALIFICATIONS

•Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, or related field. Master's degree preferred.


•Experience: 5–8 years of experience in factory construction, production project management, or manufacturing engineering, ideally with experience working in foreign companies.


•Proficiency in English and French (and additional languages are a plus).


•Strong project management and organizational skills.


•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability with a forward-thinking mindset.


•Cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.


•Must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively across international time-zones.


•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


•Understanding of sustainability practices, framework, standards and environmental regulations.


•Knowledge in the field of nonferrous metals and the marketplace.


•Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
