Location: Marrakech | Duration: 3 months | Paid Internship

We are an international company specializing in concierge and hospitality

services, with deep expertise in the US market. We provide high-end, personalized, and seamless services to

our clients.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for a pre-hiring internship. You will

play a key role in managing and coordinating our services (cleaning, concierge,

catering) to ensure smooth operations.

Main Missions:

  • Team management: Recruit, train, and support operational staff.
  • Operations follow-up: Organize schedules, monitor on-site services, and ensure quality execution.
  • Client relations: Handle requests and complaints, follow up on client satisfaction.
  • Quality control: Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Global coordination: Act as a link between internal teams and clients.

Profile:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Reactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Natural leadership, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, catering, or concierge is a plus.
