About the role
We're looking for a reliable and proactive Office & Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our daily operations.
You'll handle a mix of administrative errands, internal logistics, and office support to ensure that everything runs efficiently and everyone has what they need to work comfortably.
You will be responsible for
- Managing external errands such as going to the bank, picking up materials or documents from suppliers, and handling small deliveries.
- Taking care of office purchases: supplies, IT equipment, and consumables.
- Providing basic support for office and IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc.).
- Managing inventory and keeping track of office assets and equipment.
- Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and fully functional.
Your qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in logistics, management, administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in office operations, logistics, or general services (internships included).
- Skills: Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Hands-on and proactive. Strong communication and service mindset. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
