Mission:
Lead the company's data strategy, drive data-driven initiatives, and ensure optimal use of data to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the data vision (governance, architecture, analytics, AI).
- Oversee data teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts).
- Collaborate with leadership to align data projects with business priorities.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance (GDPR, etc.).
- Identify technology partnerships (Big Data tools, cloud platforms).
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in data management, including 5 years in leadership.
- Expertise in data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of legal frameworks (GDPR) and best practices (DataOps, MLops).
- Strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
Ideal Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience in data-mature industries.
