A company specialized in luxury leather goods is seeking to recruit a Sales Director / Head of Sales to further expand its client portfolio and strengthen its presence in strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an ambitious business development strategy.
  • Develop new accounts within targeted sectors (banking, high-end hospitality, luxury projects, etc.).
  • Secure high-value partnerships and commercial contracts.
  • Build loyalty and provide tailored support to a demanding client portfolio.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, professional events, and institutional meetings.
  • Achieve – and surpass – the revenue targets set by Top Management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in B2B business development, ideally within the banking, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong and active professional network in corporate environments.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, deal closing, and strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and strong results orientation.
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
