Qualifications :
- BAC+ 5 in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
- Fluent in both English / French
- Certified green belt six sigma
- Analytical mind and continuous improvement mentality
Main Responsibilities :
- To lead the implementation of Martur Fompak Production System for operations excellence
- To lead the improvement of different functions methods
- To lead the improvement of Plant KPIs
- To lead product transformation cost reduction
- To lead the implementation of Cost Deployment domain implementation
- To train collaborators on new methods
- To define improvement projects to improve work standards
- To carry out studies on the development of the department or the determination of long/short term strategies regarding its relationship with other departments.
- To reduce inefficient work with low-cost improvement tools such as LCA work
- To develop improvement methods of all activities
- To follow up the KPIs that have been or will be studied and to ensure that the improvement plan is made and realized accordingly
