Remote English Customer Service Representative(Independent Contractor | Full-Time)

About Us

Aptitude 360 is a remote, customer-focused inbound call center specializing in voice support. We're hiring enthusiastic and experienced English-speaking agents to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide friendly, accurate support to customers through inbound calls. You'll work remotely as an independent contractor with a flexible schedule.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week
  • Flexible shifts

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer emails in flawless English and French
  • Use multiple web-based systems to resolve customer needs
  • Provide accurate, timely responses
  • Maintain high service standards and meet performance targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and web tools
  • Reliable computer with updated software
  • High-speed internet connection (suitable for VoIP/cloud tools)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
