We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. Our company is dedicated to providing excellent property management services, offering residents a professional and welcoming experience.

Job Summary

As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You'll handle property tours, answer inquiries, prepare leasing documents, and ensure a smooth move-in process. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and lease terms.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support property management with daily administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of property management software (preferred, not required)

Schedule :

• Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (on-site)
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (remote)
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 4,000.00DH per month
