Nous recherchons un(e) Agent de Location motivé(e) et orienté(e) client pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez chargé(e) d'accompagner nos clients tout au long du processus de location, de la première prise de contact à la signature du bail, tout en assurant un service de qualité en français et en anglais.

Responsabilités


• Répondre aux demandes des clients et organiser les visites de biens


• Conseiller les prospects et présenter les offres disponibles


• Préparer et gérer les contrats de location et documents administratifs


• Assurer un suivi régulier et maintenir une excellente relation client


• Collaborer avec l'équipe pour garantir un service fluide et efficace

Profil recherché


• Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais


• Sens du service client, organisation et rigueur


• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
