We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead and support various HR and administrative functions within our Morocco office. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage employee relations with empathy and professionalism. This role also involves handling office administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, conflicts, or concerns.
  • Conduct investigations, recommend actions, and document outcomes in line with Moroccan labor law.
  • Guide managers and employees through PIPs to ensure fair and constructive development processes.
  • Support in performance reviews, feedback sessions, and disciplinary procedures.

Labor Law Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with Moroccan labor regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on labor laws and advise management on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare and maintain legally compliant employee records and contracts.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, workspace readiness, and IT setup coordination.
  • Oversee office administration tasks including office rental, maintenance coordination, and supply management (e.g., stationery, utilities, etc.).
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to both strategic HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong understanding of Moroccan labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethics and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated managerial skills are a plus.
