Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data and Reservation Agent located in Marrakesh. The agent will handle day-to-day tasks including managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with itinerary planning, and communicating with clients via phone and email. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling reception duties, and ensuring a smooth booking process for clients while supporting the broader team in achieving service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Reservations and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling client interactions
  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and IT tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous
