Job Summary

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (EN/FR) Travel Agent based in Marrakech to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting clients, managing bookings, and contributing to the continued success of Joy Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel planning, online reservations, and personalized recommendations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and ensure timely responses.
  • Handle bookings for accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services.
  • Prospect and attract new clients through excellent service and proactive outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized travel experiences.
  • Use tools such as Canva to prepare travel documents or marketing materials when needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a travel agent or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and image editing software (e.g., Canva).
