Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time Quality Assurance Manager
to join our team in
Casablanca, Morocco
.

The
Quality Assurance Manager
will be responsible for
developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management and information security protocols
to ensure operational excellence and compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO

This role involves
defining and improving processes
,
conducting internal audits
,
analyzing performance data
, and
leading certification initiatives
. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to promote a culture of
continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and quality excellence
across all business units.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in
    Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Process Improvement
  • Proven
    experience in conducting audits and compliance checks
  • Excellent
    analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving
    skills
  • In-depth
    knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27000, and ISO 27001
    frameworks
  • Strong understanding of
    industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional
    communication and teamwork
    abilities
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience
    in a Quality Management or Compliance leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to
    work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in
    IT services, cloud, or technology sectors
    is highly desirable
  • Must be located within
    commutable distance to Casablanca, Morocco
