Missions
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe d'ingénierie du procédé d'emboutissage, en charge de l'industrialisation des pièces en tôle dans le cadre de nouveaux lancements véhicules.

Vous serez affecté(e) à l'équipe internationale
Quality Stamping
, responsable de l'analyse des risques en phase avancée et lors de la conception des outillages. Cette équipe contrôle la conception et la fabrication des gabarits de scanning, et pilote la qualité géométrique des pièces métalliques produites en interne.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Suivi des grilles APQP pour garantir leur complétude, leur qualité et le respect des délais
  • Préparer et déposer les documents relatifs aux éléments PPAP
  • Assurer le suivi auprès des pilotes responsables des pièces Make et Buy pour le remplissage/notation conformément au PDP
  • Envoyer une synthèse APQP hebdomadaire
  • Tableau de bord de la qualité géométrique
  • Création
  • Analyser les résultats de qualité géométrique des pièces embouties et soudées durant la phase d'industrialisation
  • Préparer et envoyer une synthèse géométrique hebdomadaire
  • Centre de management du service SQL
  • Participation aux comités de pilotage mensuels

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 en génie industriel, mécanique ou autre, avec une premiére expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Un bon niveau de communication en Francais et anglais, l'espagnol est fortement souhaité
  • Une bonne maitrise de PLM, CATIA, PPAP, APQP
