Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Head of Technology. This position will be responsible of Leading the Technology functions at Buhler Casablanca by deploying the agreed strategy across the value chain in North West Africa.This is where you'll excelDeveloping the Technology team at Buhler Casablanca/Middle east Africa India to be independent in handling all tasks related to Technology for grain processing, focus on Milling Solutions, Animal Nutrition, and Grain Handling.Aligning with BU' and BA's for future development of resources for Consumer Food and Human Nutrition.Supervising Commissioning activities for new / retrofit plants, to train technologists on the job.Coordinating with Sales / Sales Quotation Team to provide the most optimum technical solutions and flow sheets for North West Africa.Direct Interaction with Customers / markets to assist Sales in achieving the market expectations.Help Sales in establishing 'Sales Arguments from a Technical viewpoint, combining the knowledge of Milling Technology and the Flour Market requirements especially for large projects.Coordination with the other Technology departments worldwide.Helping Customer Service to achieve the "Plant Auditing" type of Consultancy Sale within the Market Area.Ensure seamless coordination with Project Execution Team during project executions.Training of customer personnel on site or at the Training Center.Involvement in new product developments.Leading and developing a Team of Technologists in North West Africa.Prioritizing activities with a high level of personal responsibility and possibly delegation of tasks.Specialist and possibly disciplinary leading of individual team members on customer site.Coordination of all tasks with other functions within the business unit, e.g. sales, engineering, head miller's office, plus information tailored to specific addressees needs.Responsibility for the tasks assigned.Check his own work with his best knowledge.These are the skills you'll needExcellent knowledge of flour milling/ feed milling and grain handling, process technology.Capable of delivering his/her own work on the scheduled dates.Sound knowledge of Buhler control systems.Willing to travel a great deal (approx. > 50%).Fluent communication in English and French.Inhouse specialist continuing education.12-15 years' experience including international exposure.Questions?
