Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee liquidity, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Implement and automate reconciliation, controls, and compliance systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to align financial strategy with growth goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of Finance in Finetch or in Audit Firm (5/10 yeras)
- Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity, and financial operations.
- Deep understanding of revenue models, reporting, and financial compliance.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong background in finance and accounting.
- Expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using financial data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
