Head of Finance MAXPAY Morocco

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
  • Oversee liquidity, treasury, and cash flow management.
  • Implement and automate reconciliation, controls, and compliance systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align financial strategy with growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Head of Finance in Finetch or in Audit Firm (5/10 yeras)
  • Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity, and financial operations.
  • Deep understanding of revenue models, reporting, and financial compliance.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using financial data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
