Kenz'up is a dynamic fintech startup launched in June 2020, funded and backed by a major Moroccan corporation. We specialize in financial services and cashback solutions, with our flagship digital cashback application designed to enhance customer retention. Kenz'up aims to support the national financial inclusion strategy and improve the daily lives of millions of Moroccans through a wide range of financial services.
 

Main Missions

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities in FMCG, mobility, and other key sectors.

  • Recruit new partners across sectors like FMCG, retail, mobility, and services to enrich Kenz'up's offers for B2C users.

  • Contribute to building attractive partnership deals that generate value for both partners and end-users.

  • Assist in preparing and delivering partnership presentations and tailored proposals.

  • Help lead negotiations to secure win-win agreements.

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with partners for long-term collaboration.

  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with prospecting and onboarding new B2C partners.

  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote cashback and loyalty offers to end-users.

  • Track key performance metrics related to user activation and retention.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance..) to ensure the best possible user experience.

  • Stay up to date on trends in customer loyalty, cashback programs, and digital engagement.

  • Bring innovative ideas to expand the partner network and enhance the end-user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

  • Strong interest in loyalty programs, B2B relationship management, and B2C customer benefits.

  • Good understanding of retail, FMCG, or service sectors.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and partners at once.

  • Fluency in French, with good English skills.
