About the Company
Our client, a leading recruitment and career events organization, is expanding its operations in Morocco. To support the growth of Jobs Expo Casablanca and recruitment services for clients, they are seeking a motivated 360° Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle while driving business development opportunities.
Role Overview
This is a dual role combining recruitment delivery and business development. You will partner with employers to understand their hiring needs, source top talent, and deliver recruitment support. At the same time, you will identify new business opportunities, promoting Jobs Expo Casablanca and related recruitment services to potential clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery
- Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, from job brief to placement.
- Write and post job adverts across digital platforms.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using CV databases, social media, and networking.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with clear assessments.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipelines.
Business Development
- Develop strong relationships with employers across different industries in Morocco.
- Sell Jobs Expo Casablanca participation packages and recruitment services.
- Conduct client meetings (in person/online) to understand hiring challenges.
- Promote added-value recruitment solutions to both SMEs and large organizations.
- Achieve agreed sales and placement targets.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in a 360° role.
- Strong background in business development and client management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (fluent French and English required; Arabic an advantage).
- Proficiency with recruitment tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems.
- Self-starter with strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Knowledge of the Moroccan job market is a strong plus.
