Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Morocco.

The ideal candidate will assist the recruitment department in sourcing, pre-screening, and organizing candidates for overseas job opportunities — mainly in the hospitality sector and other skilled professions.

This position requires excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills, as well as strong interest or experience in international recruitment or immigration services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruiter in sourcing and screening candidates through online platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, , etc.)
  • Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up by phone or email
  • Prepare candidate files (CV, passport, diplomas, language tests, etc.) for review
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database
  • Assist with social media posting and promoting job opportunities
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application progress and documentation requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or immigration (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Google Drive, Gmail, and LinkedIn)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
