As part of its global expansion, Pay10 has established a new regional office in Morocco, which is preparing to launch its payment activities in full compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib's regulations. Pay10 Morocco will introduce innovative and seamless payment solutions for consumers, agents, and merchants, combining the group's international expertise with Morocco's dynamic and expanding financial ecosystem.

Role Purpose

The Corporate IT Support Officer is responsible for providing first- and second-line IT support to employees, ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of corporate IT systems, end-user devices, and digital workplace tools.

This role sits within the HR function and supports the employee lifecycle by enabling secure onboarding, access management, day-to-day technical support, and offboarding, while ensuring alignment with internal IT, security, and data protection policies applicable to a regulated fintech payment services provider in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

End-User & Workplace IT Support

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to employees across office-based and remote environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support corporate productivity tools (email, collaboration platforms, document management, HR systems, VPN).
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with internal SLAs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding (HR-Led IT)

Support employee onboarding by:

• Preparing and configuring laptops and devices
• Creating and managing user accounts, system access, and permissions
• Ensuring new joiners are operational from Day 1

Manage IT offboarding by:

• Revoking system access
• Recovering corporate equipment
• Ensuring data security and compliance with exit procedures
• Work closely with HR to maintain accurate joiner, mover, and leaver records.

Access Management & IT Controls

• Manage user access rights in line with least-privilege principles and internal approval workflows.
• Maintain access logs and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support periodic access reviews in coordination with HR, Compliance, and Risk teams.
• Escalate potential access breaches or security concerns promptly.

IT Asset Management

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets (laptops, accessories, licenses).
• Track asset allocation, condition, and lifecycle.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and secure disposal of equipment.
• Support budgeting and forecasting of corporate IT equipment needs with HR and Finance.

Security Awareness & Compliance Support

• Enforce corporate IT and information security policies at the employee level.
• Support implementation of security controls such as device encryption, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory reviews, and data protection assessments as required.
• Promote basic IT security awareness among employees (password hygiene, phishing awareness, data handling).

Vendor & Service Coordination

• Liaise with external IT vendors, service providers, and telecom partners for hardware procurement and support.
• Track service performance and escalate issues where required.
• Support contract administration and license renewals in coordination with HR and Finance.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate IT support, IT operations, or workplace technology roles.
• Experience supporting end users in a regulated environment (fintech, banking, financial services) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
• Endpoint management and basic networking
• Familiarity with access control, user provisioning, and IT asset management processes.
• Strong documentation and process-orientation mindset.
• Ability to balance service delivery with security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in French (mandatory).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Arabic is an advantage.
