Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and build new client relationships.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects through effective follow-up.
  • Present, services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically cold calling.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software (preferred).
