Head of Innovation

Le Head of Innovation conçoit et pilote la stratégie d'innovation de l'entreprise afin d'identifier de nouveaux relais de croissance et de transformer les offres existantes. Il explore les technologies émergentes (DFS, IoT, cybersécurité, data centers, devices) pour créer des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée, tout en favorisant une culture d'innovation transverse.

Responsabilités clés :

Stratégie et leadership d'innovation :
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie d'innovation alignée à la vision de l'entreprise, en identifiant les technologies émergentes pour saisir de nouvelles opportunités.

Services financiers digitaux (DFS) :
Conduire le développement et l'intégration des solutions DFS telles que le mobile money et les paiements numériques.

Innovation data centers et infrastructures :
Gérer l'optimisation des data centers pour garantir performance, évolutivité et efficience énergétique.

Cybersécurité :
Promouvoir des solutions innovantes de cybersécurité intégrées aux offres B2B.

Internet des Objets (IoT) et terminaux :
Définir et déployer des stratégies IoT ainsi que des produits connectés générateurs de revenus.

Partenariats et écosystèmes :
Établir et entretenir des collaborations avec startups, fournisseurs et centres de recherche pour accélérer l'innovation.

Gestion de projets :
Superviser la réalisation des projets d'innovation en veillant au respect des délais, budgets et qualité.

Suivi de la performance :
Mettre en place des KPIs, suivre les résultats et communiquer régulièrement avec la direction générale.

Profil recherché :


• Expérience confirmée (10 ans min) dans l'innovation technologique


• Forte capacité à identifier les tendances, structurer et piloter des projets innovants


• Leadership collaboratif et esprit entrepreneurial.
