Your main responsibilities:


• Supervise and lead a quality team.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.


• Monitor and analyze quality indicators.


• Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.


• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:


•
2 to 4 years of experience in quality.


• At least 1 year of experience in team management.


• Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work in a team and unite your colleagues around common goals.


• Fluency in English is mandatory.
